The E Z Stirling and LTD Stirling has been very popular and thousands of free plans have been sent out.
I get lots of emails from builders of my other engines stating that they cannot get balsa wood, sweet tins or other items in their country. 
The Pringle engine has been developed from my other engines and builders should be able to get all the materials needed ( I hope Pringles are available worldwide! )

Materials
4 Pringle tubes (any flavour)
Paper clips
A balloon
Thin card
A mechanical pencil
A darning needle
A sewing needle
Lolly sticks 
Sewing thread
A small piece of flex
2 rubber bands
Modeling clay
Aluminium foil
Adhesive

      

Building tips 
The displacer needle should be carefully chosen to fit the mechanical pencil top. The displacer needs to fall under it's own weight, whilst giving an airtight seal around the needle.
The displacer itself must be airtight.
The connecting rod dimensions are shown on the drawing but if necessary it's length should be adjusted so that when the balloon is relaxed, i.e. neither up or down, the flywheel crank should be horizontal.
When the displacer crank is at the bottom of it's stroke the flywheel crank should be at 3:o:clock when viewed from the flywheel.

Fault finding
If your engine does not run check the following.
Make sure everything is free. 
Disconnect the flywheel connecting rod and the displacer thread.
If you give the flywheel a spin it should continue to rotate for at least 5 seconds.
Place the engine over a tea light candle. The balloon diaphragm should rise. If it does not move there is an air leak somewhere. Moving the displacer up and down by the thread should make the diaphragm rise and fall.
If no movement of the balloon is seen there is an air leak.
The displacer should not touch the top or bottom lid. Adjust the length of thread to achieve this. If this cannot be achieved then reduce the length of the the displacer crank a little.
Make sure the cranks are set at 90 deg. When the displacer is at the bottom, the crankpin on the flywheel should be at 3:o:clock.
